You can't say that you overslept "at" the time you woke up at. Because what you are saying is you were supposed to wake up at 7:30 and you overslept until 8 A.M.

Oh, that is this annoying feature of this site where if you try to respond to the original question but if you do it at the same time as someone else, it posts as a response to their's. I wasn't actually trying to correct you.
